RETURNS

There will be no returns for items that have been delivered due to the nature of our products.

DAMAGES

Please inspect your orders upon receipt and contact us immediately should there be any defects, damages or if you accidentally receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and assist you further.

REFUND

We offer a refund should you cancel your order within seven (7) days of its collection date. Please note that there is a 30% order processing fee that is applicable and is not refundable. Refunds will take up to seven (7) days to be processed and we will notify you once the refund is completed.
