DELIVERIES
We deliver anywhere within the Klang Valley 11am - 8pm - Monday – Sunday excluding certain public holidays.
- All deliveries within the Klang Valley & surrounds are managed by third party delivery partners
- Delivery rates are subject to location of delivery and delivery partner rates
- For multi-storey residences or shopping malls, customers or recipients are required to collect their deliveries directly from the driver at the building main entrance as charges do not include parking fees or door-to-door service. If such service is required, additional charges will be incurred.
- Once payment has been completed, it is assumed that the customer has understood and accepted the delivery terms.
- While awaiting your delivery, we recommend that you or your recipient remain contactable via the contact number you have provided when you placed your order to ensure efficient delivery of your goods.
- Driver will always contact you upon approach via message or call. In the event that there is no-one to receive the order at the time of delivery, new delivery charges plus the cost of returning the goods to Eats and Treats Bakery will apply. Note - the re-delivery must be arranged within 24 hours.
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Please refer to the delivery conditions of Eats and Treats Bakery below and we advise that once your payment is made we assume that all terms and conditions of your order have been understood and accepted.
- Eats and Treats Bakery delivery services are managed by a third party partners such as GoGet, Lalamove, Borzo, Grab etc
- Deliveries are by arrangement only with charges applicable
- Please confirm delivery time slot carefully as our deliveries may take up to four (4) hours and we are unable to take requests for specific delivery times. Once booking has been confirmed, it cannot be changed unless with 24 hours prior notice. In any unforeseen circumstances, where delivery time has to be changed under 24 hours period, extra charges will apply accordingly for cancellation and rebooking of delivery service.
- For deliveries to multi-storey buildings, please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the main entrance as our delivery partner is unable to deliver the order directly to your unit. Please note that the order will be returned to us if delivery is not successful.
- For landed properties, please ensure that there is someone present to receive the order - note that the order will be returned to us if delivery is not successful.
- Please note that once delivery is confirmed, Eats and Treats Bakery will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the delivery process.
- Once the cake has been delivered, Eats and Treats Bakery will not accept any liability for any damages to the order or for any failure to follow the storage instructions provided.
PACKAGING:
- Eats and Treat Bakery has unique cake designs which incorporate various sizes and shapes which are packaged in a standard cake box. Where oversized cakes are ordered, the cake box may be required to be only partially closed for transportation purposes
- A plastic cake knife will be provided only upon customer request
STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION:
- Eats and Treats Bakery confectionaries are best consumed within 24 hours of delivery but can be chilled for up to 2 days
- All confectionaries are required to be stored in the refrigerator and set at cool room temperature for a minimum of 1 hour before serving
- For Nasi Lemak Cakes, it is recommended to consume within 2 hours to ensure freshness due to the ingredients and nature of the cake
